  3. Some conferences on CalvaryNet are in need of a CONFERENCE HOST.
  4. If you feel led by the Lord to Host this Conferece, please review
  5. the following Guidelines and associated material.
  6.  
  7. Conference Host Guidelines:
  8.  
  9.   The Conference Host would post messages from time to time to help
  10.   ensure activity in the conference.
  11.  
  12.   The Conference Host would welcome new users to the forum, answer
  13.   questions, and generally make users feel welcome.
  14.  
  15.   The Conference Host would monitor message traffic to ensure that
  16.   conversations remain on-topic. Should a thread get off-topic, the
  17.   Conference Host would redirect that conversation to the appropriate
  18.   forum. Also, the Conference Host would post a message from time to
  19.   time informing users what the conference is all about.
  20.  
  21.   Some conferences may require special guidelines for behavior
  22.   other than those posted in the CCPOLICY.TXT file. If special
  23.   guidlines are necessary, the Conference Host would post them
  24.   periodically to remind users of what's expected.
  25.  
  26.   When a user becomes out of line, restore him/her gently, be firm
  27.   yet gentle in love. If this has no effect, report the situation to
  28.   the appropriate Sysop. If actions still continue, the Conference
  29.   Host may recommend the removal of the caller by posting to Network
  30.   Administrators. The Administrators reserve the right to ask any
  31.   sysop to remove a users access to a conference or to the entire
  32.   Network.

  34.   Notify the Network Administrator of problems regarding config
  35.   errors such as Duplicate Mail and Cross-Echoes.
